Animations and transitions won't appear
PDF is a static format. All slide animations are flattened to their final state. If your presentation relies heavily on animated reveals, convert with this in mind.
Custom fonts may not render if not embedded
If your PPTX uses a non-standard font that isnβt embedded in the file, the converter may substitute it. In PowerPoint, go to File β Save As β Tools β Embed Fonts to fix this.
Pro tip: Compress after converting
Slide decks with many images can produce large PDFs. Run the result through our PDF Compressor to reduce size before emailing.
