Using low-quality signature photos
Uploading a dark, pixelated photo of your wet signature ripped from an old envelope looks terrible. Take a fresh photo with bright lighting or just draw it on your touchscreen.
Signing in an unnatural color
While we allow color customization, legal contracts mandate dark or royal blue (to mimic ink) or standard black. Never submit corporate documents signed in lime green.
Pro tip: Lock the file post-signature
After signing a contract, immediately run the file through our Protect PDF tool. Setting a modification password prevents the counterparty from deleting your signature.
